A visual album. A surf film. A weeklong meditation on place, rhythm, and return.

Shot entirely on location in Montauk, Surf Turkey follows surfer Trevor Sapolin as he glides through a week of shifting tides, changing boards, and evolving perspective. From glassy dawn sessions to chaotic swell chases, from wax-stained rituals to post-surf beers with the local crew, the film is a textured portrait of surf as identity, homecoming, and communion.

Told through raw, voice-recorded reflections and paired with immersive, handheld cinematography, Surf Turkey blends the poetic and the physical—never polished, always honest. The film isn’t about chasing the perfect wave. It’s about finding yourself where the water meets the sand, again and again.
